In the Awarding Life Group Coaching Program, more fondly known as the ALGC, we take a whole-person approach to food and fitness, so learning to live in your best health can be applied to your real-daily-nine-to-eleven-pm-crazy-awesome life!

This isn’t a strict or rigid approach to dieting and weight loss. 

In the ALGC, we embrace a mindful approach to eating, supported by science and truth, while also remembering that we are all different and one size doesn’t fit all.  We apply evidence-based science, but modify things to work for YOU and your unique life.

Whether you’re a mom, a teacher, a nurse, a vegan, an athlete, or just struggling to feel human, we have space for you here.

Set yourself up for DAILY success with a community of individuals working to redefine wellness and achieve their best health.  We have BOTH a private facebook group for daily posts, accountability, and communication, as well as a private online classroom where our resource library is continuing to grow!  In the online classroom, you’ll find benefits of your membership include a fitness library and numerous guides and resources for getting started right, navigating the confusing wellness trends you see all around you, and evidence-based recommendations for staying aligned to your goals.

Amanda J Ward is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and licensed mental health counselor, combining her skill set to educate and guide you in finding longterm wellness.

When you enroll in Awarding Life Group Coaching you’ll be given full access to a wellness community that supports your goals and core desires!  In our group, we have daily coaching posts & conversations about food, fitness, mindset, and lifestyle strategies for optimal health.  

We cover various topics on all things wellness, reviewing and understanding trending diets and fitness approaches while identifying simple key strategies for moving forward through the overwhelm.  We approach wellness with sound psychological strategies to promote healthy habit formation.

There is an atmosphere of respect and honor, giving one another grace but also accountability to create a safe space for GROWTH and progress!  

Individuals from different places and phases in life come together with a common goal- finding their best selves and living their healthiest life!  The ALGC isn’t a wellness challenge, but a continuum of support for a way of life! Living life to the fullest expression of abundance, wellness, and inspiration, daily.  This is our mission.

YOUR OPTIONS

 

LEVEL 1

$10/MONTH

Level 1 offers an ever-growing online classroom to house our user friendly modules and guides on nutrition & fitness protocol, recommendations and resources! You'll have access to a private Facebook group for our daily coaching posts and daily accountability posts, as well as continuous communication among the community of support. Within the program you'll get education and support on common nutrition approaches, trends and challenges. You'll also have opportunities to explore personal goals and needs through the up-level options.

LEVEL 2

$187/MONTH

Level 2 combines the value of level 1 with individualized coaching twice per month, including customized nutrition & fitness recommendations and resources. Individual coaching with Amanda is currently valued at $175 per hour, while level 2 group coaching is offered at $187 per month. A group coaching client can up level at any time during their membership, and return to level 1 as appropriate.

 

LEVEL 3

$287/MONTH

Level 3 combines the value of level 1 with individualized coaching three times per month, including customized nutrition & fitness recommendations and resources. Individual coaching with Amanda is currently valued at $175 per hour, while level 2 group coaching is offered at $287 per month. A group coaching client can up level at any time during their membership, and return to level 1 as appropriate.
